4inches rotary Table:

1.  Made of Caste Iron, Precision High Quality 4" /100 mm Regular Rotary Table designed for smaller milling machines. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees.

2. Can be clamped vertically and horizontally both ways. Height when laid horizontally 2-5/16" Inches (58 mm). Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/8" (53.5 mm approx) .Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero.

3. Base Dimensions : 135 mm x 105 mm with 2 x U slots (9.5 mm) . Body is painted and Rest all working surfaces are precision ground.

4. The Dial and locking screws are plated and Handle has epoxy black finish for a rust free life. Smooth Jerk free easy rotation with negligible play. The top of the table is ground to eliminate any excess run out.

5. It is mainly used to cut gear teeth accurately and equal spacing of the teeth of the gear. Also used for milling gears, splines, squares, cutting of flutes in reamers, drills and milling cutters, racks, grinders, etc.

100mm 3 jaws Self Centering Chuck :

1. 100mm front load 3 Jaws self centering chuck with set of reversible Jaws (front mount) & backplate.

2. Self centering 3 jaws chuck 100mm diameter internal / external Jaws are included 70mm locating recess.

3. Distance between adj centres 72mm 83.14 PCD bolts 8mm overall height including Jaws 65mm max speed 3500.

4. This chuck is front mount which makes fitting a back plate more straight forward a quality chuck supplied with fixing backplate for rotary table & T-nuts set.

We offer the following shipping options – DHL Express, USPS, UPS Express without any additional cost to you except few postal codes which comes under Remote Area Delivery (RAD) – If your delivery postal codes comes under RAD then we will charge USD 40 per shipment extra at the time of checkout.
