We offer the following shipping options – DHL Express, USPS, UPS Express without any additional cost to you except few postal codes which comes under Remote Area Delivery (RAD) – If your delivery postal codes comes under RAD then we will charge USD 40 per shipment extra at the time of checkout.
All orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes
TIf your delivery address is in US / Canada / Australia, then please worry free about the import / custom duties because in these countries we will handle the duties levied on our buyers. For rest of the countries mentioned above, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
